How do I place an order?

The quickest and most efficient way to place an order is through our website. Simply select your product type, size and quantity and delivery will be arranged to your chosen location. We can also accept orders over the phone if you prefer 0121 272 2865.

Can you deliver my order next day? What's the cut-off time to order?

We offer next working day delivery on all orders placed before 1 pm during weekdays. All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on Monday morning. Our office opening hours are 8.30 am to 5 pm Monday – Friday.

What are the locations you can deliver to?

We deliver to any UK location, we also have worldwide delivery options available. Manage your shipping and billing addresses in ‘My Account’

I need product advice before ordering – can you help?

Of course – please contact us on 0121 272 2865, we will be happy to help.

I need a size/item not listed on the website. What do I do?

Please contact us to discuss any custom product requirements and quotations. We will accommodate wherever possible.

What is your returns policy?

We hope and expect you are delighted by the speed and quality of our products and services but, if for any reason you are unhappy, please contact us at the earliest opportunity. Read our full returns policy here. 

What if my items arrive damaged?

In the unlikely case that goods arrive damaged – please contact us immediately. We may require photos to investigate how this happened. Once this has been confirmed, we will arrange for a full replacement to be delivered and the damaged goods to be collected.

Are VAT receipts available?

VAT receipts can be obtained via the My Account tab. 

What payment methods are available?

We support the following payment methods: Visa, Delta, Mastercard, Maestro and PayPal.

Can I change my order after I’ve placed it?

If you change your mind about your order or have ordered the wrong thing, please contact us ASAP by phone on 0121 272 2865, and we will try to amend it before the order is dispatched.

If the order has already been dispatched, you have the option to return it to us and arrange a replacement order or full refund. Additional delivery fees may apply. Any custom/cut to size order will, unfortunately, be unable to be returned except if the item is faulty or cut incorrectly.

My items haven’t arrived yet – what should I do?

We pride ourselves on getting all our orders out to customers as quickly as possible. However, if it has not arrived by close of play on the expected delivery date, please call us with your order number so we can investigate the delay and ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible.
