Delivery Info

The quickest and most efficient way to place an order is through our website. Simply select your product type, size and quantity and delivery will be arranged to your chosen location. We offer next working day shipping for all orders placed before 1pm, and free collection options (depending on stock availibilty). Read some of our most commonly asked order questions below:

  • Can I track my order?

    Yes, by using your order number you should have no problem tracking your order.

  • Do you offer next-day delivery?

    We always aim for next-day delivery, but please note that it is not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

  • My order is due to be delivered today, what time will it arrive?

    This will vary depending on where you’re located, but if you’re in the UK your order will be dispatched and arrive on time. If you have trouble tracking your order please contact us on 0121 272 2865 and we will be happy to help give you up-to-date information on its arrival time.

  • The item I have received is damaged, what should I do?

    In the unlikely case that goods arrive damaged – please contact us immediately. We may require photos to investigate how this happened. Once this has been confirmed, we will arrange for a full replacement to be delivered and the damaged goods to be collected.

  • Do I have to sign for my delivery?

    In order to confirm your delivery has reached its destination, we may ask you to sign for it.

  • Can you deliver to an address other than my billing address?

    Yes, as long as it’s specified in the instructions and shipping information you can receive your order in a location other than your billing address.

  • Can I get same day deliveries?

    For same day guaranteed delivery, delivery must be within viable postcodes. To check if your order can qualify for same/next day delivery and to obtain a quote for this premium delivery service, please call Customer Services on 0121 272 2865.

  • Can I collect my order?

    Yes, you can collect your order (product dependant) for free from the Aluminium Online warehouse:

    Collections are available Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm.
