Of course we hope and expect you are delighted by the speed and quality of our products and services but, if for any reason you are unhappy please CONTACT US to let us know. Details of our returns policy are set out below:
- We are happy for you to return all items purchased from us within 14 days after the date you receive your order. Please contact us if you wish to make a return. However, please be aware that if your item has been cut to a specified size using our cutting service, then we cannot accept a return unless there has been an error on our part. Therefore, we kindly ask that you always make sure your cutting request is accurate before sending your order.
- Any shipping costs for a returned item are to be covered by you. However, we will pay the return shipping costs if the item is defective/damaged, the wrong item or a sizing error on our part. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
- Please remember to inspect the condition and quantity of your package/goods before signing for them. Claims for missing or damaged products may be rejected if they have been signed for as being received in none-damaged condition. In the event that goods are returned to us because they were not signed for and/or collected, we will not be liable for re-sending the order and any cost to re-send must be covered by you.
- Our return and refunds policy is wholly compliant with your consumer rights under the Distance Selling Regulations. Please note that the distance selling regulations do not apply to B2B transactions.
