Details of our returns policy are set out below:
Mode of refund
- Any refund due will be credited to the original card of purchase within 3-5 working days of us receiving and inspecting the goods.
In case of defective/damaged goods
- Please provide photographs via email of any defective/damaged goods within 3 working days of receipt, please refuse delivery of any items that have obviously been damaged in transit and notify us within 3 working days
- Defective goods will be replaced or credited
Shipping and packaging costs
- We do not refund the original delivery cost, or the cost to us of shipping the product to you. We do not accept returns of custom or special orders.
- Products should be returned, together with the Delivery Note within 14 days, in original undamaged packaging, with all the parts,
- If we find that a product has not been returned to us in fully re saleable condition, or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item or to reduce the amount of the refund to reflect the condition of the goods.
