Returns Policy

Of course we hope and expect you are delighted by the speed and quality of our products and services but, if for any reason you are unhappy please contact us to let us know.

Conditions for Return

Customer Responsibility: Arranging and paying for the return shipment is the customer’s responsibility. The goods remain your responsibility until they are received and inspected by us, so we recommend using a tracked and insured service. Aluminium Online is not liable for items lost or damaged during the return transit.
Packaging: Please package the items securely to prevent damage. We recommend using the original packaging where possible. Goods that are returned damaged will not be eligible for a refund.
Item Condition: To be eligible for a full refund, goods must be returned in their original, resalable condition. We may make a deduction from your refund for any loss in value if the item is returned with signs of use, wear, or damage that have occurred while in your possession or during return transit.’

Mode of refund

Any refund due will be credited to the original card of purchase within 3-5 working days of us receiving and inspecting the goods.

In case of defective/damaged goods

Please provide photographs via email of any defective/damaged goods within 3 working days of receipt, please refuse delivery of any items that have obviously been damaged in transit and notify us within 3 working days
Defective goods will be replaced or credited

Shipping and packaging costs

We do not refund the original delivery cost, or the cost to us of shipping the product to you. We do not accept returns of custom or special orders.
Products should be returned, together with the Delivery Note within 14 days, in original undamaged packaging, with all the parts,
If we find that a product has not been returned to us in fully re saleable condition, or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item or to reduce the amount of the refund to reflect the condition of the goods.

Products returned after the cancellation costs
